Specifically exposed to the domains of finance and management, she has gained a sharp understanding to handle a company’s finances. She is associated with Lancer since 2019. Before Lancer Container Lines, she has worked in logistics/CHA/NVOCC’s business from accounts to finances. Her expertise lies in preparing a company’s financials, handling all tax-related matters of the organization.

Mr. Amol Shirke serves as the Whole-Time Director (Business Operations and development) at Lancer Container Lines Ltd. Joined Lancer in 2016 as Deputy General Manager - NVOCC, he ascended to the role of Whole-Time Director for Business Operations and Development in February 2020. With over a decade of international exposure, Mr. Shirke is adept in International Trade and Business Development. His extensive experience, spanning the Middle East, South East Asia, the Far East, and Indian markets, significantly contributes to Lancer's global shipping portfolio. Before Lancer, he held managerial positions in Singapore, a key global port, amassing remarkable results in shipping operations over 20 years. Currently, he is engaged in the development of new territory for Lancer at the Mediterranean Sea.

Mr. Suresh Babu Sankara, Independent Director, Lancer Container Lines. He has extensive experience working across verticals like logistics and International trade. Mr. Suresh Babu Sankara has been associated with Lancer Container Lines since inception and is part of the decision-making body. Mr. Suresh combines professional passion with social compassion and actively participates in the social club like Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai Bayside. He was the Past President of the Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai Bayside. He along with his Team of Rotarians has brought Platinum Award from the District during his tenure as President.

Ms Ameeta Ramesh is an experienced HR professional with 7 years of corporate work experience with various organizations Like Suman Motels Pvt Ltd, VIP Maxwell Apparels, TechNova Imaging Systems Pvt Ltd, and KaRROX Technologies as well as several philanthropic organisations. During her corporate service, she has handled various HR activities like Recruitment, Employee Orientation, and Assisting in Training and Development. she is the Founder and Trustee of the New Era Foundation (NGO). She is a Social Entrepreneur and heads three Verticals. She is a Co-Founder of ABLE- Association of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs, an organisation that supports, Startups Entrepreneurs and MSMEs through various knowledge-based program and networking events and help build an ecosystem to cater to the Entrepreneur Community, she is also a Founder of Avishkar Learning Center, an institute that caters to Learning Disability and Alternative Education. She runs MeadowBrite Enterprises which deals into Cotton Sanitary Napkins and Incinerators for disposing of Soiled Pads. His career started with AERO Traders (Presently Woodland Shoes) and Joined J &K Cidco later on he moved to Thailand where he worked with one of the leading textile manufacturing companies and on his return joined VB Dalal & Co. In VB Dalal & Co, he has audited several leading multinational companies like Raymond’s, Siddhi Cement, and NRC.
