LCM Project Private Limited 100% subsidiary of Lancer Container Lines Ltd was incorporated in November 2020. Mr. Probodh Kumar is a Director of Lancer’s named as LCM Project and He has 3 decades of experience in handling multiple projects. LCM successfully completing the Maiden year under his leadership. Mr. Kumar always ensures a safe and smooth flow of operations on site of the projects or on the vessel. On the educational background, Mr. Kumar holds a science degree in physic and an additional post-graduation diploma in computer application From Lal Bahadur Shastri Computer Science and Technology, Trivandrum.
Shyam Lalwani, a commerce graduate from Gujarat University has had an impressive gamut of experience in the fields of shipping and logistics since the year 2009. His 12 years of experience spans almost all aspects including Container Line, Liner Agency, NVOCC operations, International Freight Forwarding, Export House, Vessel Handling, etc. Currently, Mr. Shyam Lalwani handles Lancer’s wholly-owned subsidiary - KMS Maritime India Private Limited. His aggressive approach has assisted the group to expand operations pan India and across the Globe.
Mrs. Heena Shaikh is a highly dynamic professional with having MBA’s Degree in Finance Specialisation. In her role as Director of Lancer’s 100% owned subsidiary - Worldwide Container Trading Private Limited, Mrs. Shaikh oversees and leads container trading services. Mrs. Shaikh joined the Lancer’s team as a fresher and Since 2014, she has been an integral part of Lancer Container Lines Ltd. The operations of Lancer’s Container Yard situated in Navi Mumbai, India is also headed by Heena Shaikh.
